My journey From
Karate Kid to Fitness Maestro
My journey began at the age of 7 when I first stepped onto the dojo floor to learn the art of karate. Over the years, I transitioned to football while still honing my martial arts skills. By 16, I was already lifting weights to enhance my endurance for national competitions. At 18, I shifted my focus to gym training alongside martial arts, embarking on a relentless pursuit of excellence that would continue for decades.
Throughout my journey, I explored various disciplines, from kung fu sanda to kickboxing, boxing, jiu-jitsu, and Krav Maga. My passion for fitness led me to compete in my first gym competition in 2003, with a triumphant return to the stage in 2023 in Dubai.
My Professional Background
A Legacy of Leadership and Excellence
In addition to my prowess in fitness, I boast a rich background in security, having worked as a security chief and supervisor since 2000. In 2019, I founded my own security services group, leveraging my leadership and expertise to serve clients worldwide.
On the fitness front, I established my first personal training studio in partnership with a body therapy clinic in 2018. The following year, I launched my own clinic for personal training and rehabilitation, followed by my groundbreaking project, Wi Motion - Body Mind, in 2020.
In 2021, I accepted the challenge to manage the Energy Plus Fitness Project in Abu Dhabi, where my exceptional leadership earned me accolades as the best PT and manager. Continuing my legacy, I embarked on a freelance journey in Abu Dhabi in 2022, where I continue to inspire and transform lives through fitness and wellbeing.
